We could not have accomplished all that we did without
the help of our writers, photographers and online class instructors.  The staff of
Apogee Photo would like to send a special thank you to all of you for your support.

By sharing your experiences and knowledge, you have all made it possible for
Apogee Photo to continue to be an online photography magazine that not only inspires and
educates, but motivates and entertains everyone who has an interest in the art of photography.

2011 was filled with a wide range of photo subjects to meet your needs, and as we move into the year 2012, we're excited to say that it will continue on with fervor.

And don't despair if you missed reading about all those photo subjects this year or in previous years, because they remain in our article archives.

Travel vicariously around the world with the photojournalists.  Their stories and photos may be all that's needed to motivate you to plan your next photo trip to a new location.  Visit our Travel Article Archives.

Learn about the technical aspects of working with your camera and equipment, the elements of design that help you to create great compositions, how to work with light and shadows to enhance your images, or learn how "to see" with a new perspective.  Gesalt, the Zone System, HDR or Macro work may be the way you want to go.  Our writers are here to help you while you're on your quest for photographic knowledge.  We cover these topics and so much more in The Technical and How-to Archives.

Do you want to know more about digital photography and post-processing?  Read about these subjects in the

Digital Photography Archives.

Nature and wildlife are always popular subjects and we'll bring you more in 2012.

Be sure to visit the Business of Photography where you can get information on copyrights, model releases, stock photography, photojournalism and so much more....

Pick up some great tips and tricks from the pros by going to our Photo Tips page.

Maybe you're looking to fill your photo library.  We will continue to review photography books.  Find them all in the Book Review Archives.

How did other photographers reach their goals or find their way into the field doing documentaries?  Check out the biographies, photographer profiles and interviews, portfolios and documentaries here....

How about sharing your photo story, poem or prose with the Apogee Photo readers.  Join in the fun and be seen on the Apogee Photo web site.

How about a photo workshop or tour.  Be sure to visit our list of those providing Photo Workshops and Tours.

If you would like assistance in your journey towards taking great images, our instructors for our online photo classes will get you on your way and keep you on the path to "seeing" with a new perspective and shooting to create vivid, lasting impressions.  Just watch as your technical and compositional abilities just keep improving.
