More About Aperture Control

Using a wide-angle lens (20 mm), I put the lens almost touching the cotton boll in the foreground.  Notice how the other bolls appear in focus, giving a long depth of field.  Since it was a bright, sunny day and since I was using a tripod, I could set the aperture at F16 and balance the exposure with a shutter speed of about 1/125-second.
