Tip of the Week

Rotate your 4x5 camera’s back and insert your film holders from the bottom if there is a chance that rain or dust might fall into the openings of your holders. When I am shooting in the slot canyons of the Southwest, dust often blows down from the canyon rims and can cause scratching problems when it enters the velvet light traps of film holders.
