Hitchman's Tip of the Week When I am shooting high contrast subjects in high contrast light, I often expose my E-6 color slide film at one-half the rated ISO and then have the film "pulled" by the lab. Most photographers have "pushed" a roll of film but few have ever "pulled" a roll. Pushing, or increasing time in the E-6 developer increases contrast and pulling, or decreasing time in the developer will decrease the contrast of your color slides.
