Hitchman's Tip of the Week Ever need a neutral density filter for those extra-long exposures of falling water, wave action across tide pools, or city streets when you want to remove all traces of pedestrians? Try screwing together two polarizing filters and rotating them. Youll see that they can block out almost all light when they are rotated into the right position.
