More fun facts about these plants:

6.      I am sweet and taste good.  You can eat me just like I am or make me into pies and jams.

7.      I grow on tall trees in the desert areas.  I am sweet and have a large pit in my center. They cover me with paper so I don’t burn as I ripen.

8.      You grind me to make flour to use in pies, cookies and breads.

9.      I am really good for you.  I am loaded with Vitamin C.  I taste good when you eat me and when you juice me.

10.  There are many kinds of me in the store.  I can be used as a snack after school, or in jelly.  When I am dried, I am called raisin.
