Tales from Around the World:
A Continuous Quest
Photography stories, photo poems & prose.
Tales from Around the World
is for you and
about you, our readers.
Send Us Your Words & Pictures
If you have a short story, an experience, a poem
or prose that you would like share with our readers throughout the world, we
would like to give you the opportunity to have it appear within Apogee Photo
Magazine.
There is so much that can be learned about people
or their cultures from the stories they tell.
So share a portion of yourself with all of us.
Through your words, we can get a glimpse into your life or the lives of
those around you.
Through your words, we can learn more about where you live or the places
to which you have traveled.
Through your words, we may find that we have shared a similar experience.
Through your words, we will see a portion of what has affected your life
or the lives of others.
Through your words, whether real or imaginary - we can be transported to
another place or time.
Creativity is universal:
Reach out - through your words and images you can touch another person.
Illustrate your story:
Set your words to the "music" of an image. Can your words depict an "entire
forest" by showing the image of just one leaf?
NOTE: It must be photographically or
visually related: nature, wildlife, domestic critters, travel,
sunrise/sunsets, water, the seasons, people & cultures, cities and on and
on…………..
They can be fun or serious, happy or sad, thoughtful or
heroic, “tall tales” or even “fish stories” (how big was that fish?).
Tell a real story or use your imaginations -
just be creative.
Before you send it to Apogee:
